mastermindsandmadness:

Can we build this for Alice?! Especially a trapped door book shelf. In case… Something were to happen.

“There ought to be a book written about me, that there ought…”

thecalltoduty asked:"((Sister, sister, how I've missed ya))"

((Kate-mun!))

“Yes, it is my business.” Kate said, shaking her head and stepping forwards. She watched Beth carefully, frowning slightly.

Her lips drew back in an animalistic snarl, one which bespoke nothing deeper than a desire for cruelty. “Would you tell me, then, why you are painting those roses?”

Kate frowned more deeply, raising a hand. “Why the fact is, you see, Miss, this here ought to have been a red rose-tree.”

This was an interesting development indeed. The red bat wasn’t using a book at all! She couldn’t know the full story, every secret.

She snarled again, taking a step toward her. “Idiot! What is your name, child?!”

“You know my name, so please your Majesty.” Kate said, standing her ground. She’d learned the books back to front since her last encounter with Beth.

She threw out her arm, slamming her fist into the air wildly. “Lies! Liar!” And every case and every tense of the word ran through her head: lies lying liar lied—

Now, Dinah!” she growled, baring her teeth, spit flying, “tell me the truth! Did you ever eat a bat? Did you?!”

OOC: I’ve really missed RPing while I’ve been sick

nyssaraatko:

So today, unless some obligation comes up, I’ll be around at various points for a variety of characters:

Nyssa Raatko

Time-displaced 1920s boozehound flapper socialite patron of the arts Nyssa

Alice/Beth Kane

Clayface

Strife

I track the appropriate tags on all of these, so if anyone wants one, just hit me up.

Also repeating this because I want to bring Alice fully out of hiatus, despite her adorable makeup/outfit, Alice is quite the sadist, so if anyone wants to do something particularly dark/creepy/what have you, Alice will gladly be your Huckleberry.

Yeah, I just referenced Doc Holliday. I have a non-fiction/fandom fascination with the guy. (Yes, he really did say that, as far as some accounts go. Fun fact: outside of Tumblr, I’m regularly involved in a closed, private western RP group. Why am I admitting this on Tumblr? Because it’s awesome.)

Anyway, Nyssa, Alice, Clayface, and Strife/Eris are at any character’s disposal.

One, indeed.

Shhhhhhh. You’d better not talk. I heard the Queen say only yesterday you deserved to be beheaded.”

What for?

She blinked once, then several times in rapid succession. The smile froze on her face. The red bat knew the game as well! How lovely, how utterly delightful! Pleased, she clapped her hands once, the abrupt motion causing a cacophony of sound within her clothes — the rustling of the stiff bolero, the clatter of a gun against its holster.

“That’s none of your business…”

Elizabeth.

“I said pig, and I wish you wouldn’t keep appearing and vanishing so suddenly: you make one quite giddy!”

Beth, please.

“No, please go on. I won’t interrupt again. I dare say there may be one.’
